The relationship behind the review
Where a reviewer can be matched to a guest, you see their visits, spend, and preferences alongside what they wrote.
For operators and GMs
Most review replies are written blind. The person answering has no idea whether they are talking to a first-timer having an off night or one of the best relationships the restaurant has.
Where a reviewer can be matched to a guest, you see their visits, spend, and preferences alongside what they wrote.
Confirmed, likely, possible, or no match available. We never pretend an anonymous reviewer has been identified when they have not.
Written from the review and the guest’s real history, never inventing a dish or promising compensation. A manager approves it before it publishes.
A low rating from a guest with real history is flagged to the general manager the same day, not queued behind routine feedback.
Compliments of the house.
